Shipping policy

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are human, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect.

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control. *

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday -Friday. Orders received after 2 PM PST., will be processed the following business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping

We ship Sarea Body Basics domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Linden, CA, you'll get it faster than if you live in New York. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Sarea Body Basics is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

We collect CA sales tax.

* Delays due to the repercussions of COVID-19 and our access to some bottles has changed. Different bottles may need to be used until the original is available again. Some ingredients used have also been impacted and take an extended time for us to receive them.
